Hope in the shape of the Statue of Liberty is seen through the windows of this gloomy, dark, abandoned hospital room on notorious Ellis Island in New York City Harbor. An image captured during a day-long workshop in the huge abandoned hospital complex found behind the tourist visitor museum.
